Getting started is the hard part. You are looking for someone to just get you started
- Youβll have to get over the fear of judgment from friends, family, and strangers at the mosque because you might not be doing things "perfectly".
- Youβll have to figure out what youβre going to talk about, and why anyone would learn from you, as you are just a rookie.
- Youβll are thrown knowledge from all over the place and just don't know what is it that you are "actually" supposed to do.
And youβll have to do all this (and a lot more) while juggling your job, studies, relationships, and health, while also doing your best to enjoy the journey and avoid burnout.
This is hard. It takes a lot of work. But itβs also really fun, and if you can make it work, itβs genuinely life-changing. I want to make sure that your roots are strong so you when you are a big strong tree, you'll be benefiting yourself and others with the fruits that you'll be producing.
If there's one at all, the real "secret" is that you want to make sure that you START on the right path. You make sure that your roots are strong and you have a strong grasp of the basics of Islam.
I was able to build strong roots for myself in the beginning and I can help you get your foundations strong as well.
